This 2018-2019 basketball season our varsity athletes along with all of the other teams worked hard, and played hard; and West Salem couldn’t be prouder. The girls Varsity season ended with a league record of 11-3, ranked with an OSAA rank of 17. They had intense games such as Sprague and South, that they ended up winning. Our girls Varsity had a great season and played very well together. West salem fans are already excited for this teams future.

The boys season ended with a league record of 9-5, with an OSAA rank of 16. The spirit, and excitement from our boys never failed to appear going into West’s games. With nail biting games such as West vs McNary, that we pulled through winning during the last few seconds. We hope for another fun filled season next year.
